Disable Epic Games Launcher on Startup

Double click the Epic Games Launcher icon in the system tray.

Select “Settings”

Under Preferences, untick “Run When My Computer Starts”

Click the back button as the settings saves automatically.

Done. You have successfully disabled the Epic Games Launcher from running on startup or system boot.
