Audioengine A2+ Wont Connect or Pair via Bluetooth

If you’ve had Audioengine speakers for a while, you’ve probably experienced your wireless Bluetooth connection being disconnected unable to pair with your devices. There’s several solutions to this common problem.

Connecting your device via Bluetooth wireless on your Audioengine A2+

1. Go to the back of your speaker, near the volume knob, there should be a “Pair” button.
2. Press it once and the button should start blinking.
3. Go to your device that you want to pair/connect and select the speakers (“Audio Engine A2+”) from your Bluetooth settings.
4. If everything goes right, you will be prompted that your device has been successfully connected. Now you can hear sounds through your Audioengine speakers.

Troubleshooting

If the steps above does not work, unplug the AC power adaptor or the cable connection from the back of your speaker for 1 minute. Connect the power again. Complete the steps above. The wireless Bluetooth functionality should work again and your device should prompt that your device is connected.
